It really irks me that no matter how hard I try, i feel terrified in public. I think about EVERYTHING that my insecurities start to settle and become redundant. I hope I'm not the only one that feels like this.

You know what they should invent? A shock bracelet. Every time you get the paralysis, the bracelet will detect that your body is in numbness mode or if your heart is thumping real fast of fear. The bracelet will give you a shock in order to wake up the body up. Bringing your nervous system online.
